1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa środków dezynfekcyjnych na potrzeby Pogotowia Ratunkowego w Jeleniej Górze.
2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje sześć Pakietów (odrębnych części zamówienia), tj.:1) Pakiet I - Preparaty do odkażania skóry;
2) Pakiet II - Preparaty do dezynfekcji skóry przed iniekcjami;
3) Pakiet III - Preparaty do mycia chirurgicznego rąk;
4) Pakiet IV - Preparaty do pielęgnacji rąk;
5) Pakiet V - Preparaty do mycia i dezynfekcji powierzchni oraz sprzętu medycznego;
6) Pakiet VI - Preparat do urządzenia do automatycznej dezynfekcji.
