1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sprzedaż energii elektrycznej na potrzeby Pogotowia Ratunkowego w Jeleniej Górze do dnia 31 grudnia 2023 r., dla n/w punktów poboru:
1) Jelenia Góra, ul. Cieplicka 126a:
a) warsztaty (taryfa C21),
b) biura (taryfa C21),
2) Leśna, ul. Sienkiewicza 40 (taryfa C12a),
3) Lwówek Śląski, ul. Gryfowska 1a (taryfa C11).
Ilości przewidywanej do zamówienia energii elektrycznej, wskazane w Formularzu ofertowym (Załączniku Nr 1) oraz w OPZ (Załączniku Nr 5), są wielkościami orientacyjnymi, stąd Wykonawcy nie przysługuje roszczenie o realizację dostaw w szacunkowych ilościach. Sprzedaż energii elektrycznej realizowana w trakcie obowiązywania umowy może różnić się ilościowo - w zależności od bieżących potrzeb (zużyć) Zamawiającego.
